Senior relief

Warren County publishes a 2026 Application for Real Estate Tax Relief for Elderly & Disabled homeowners; contact the Commissioner of the Revenue for eligibility and the application, filed January–April 1, 2026.

Valuation limits

No general local annual valuation cap verified. Virginia real estate is assessed at 100% fair-market value under applicable state law; qualifying land-use and relief programs are separate from a valuation cap.
