CAD Property Search Privacy Policy

This is a directory without accounts or property dossiers. CAD Property Search does not ask visitors to submit an address, parcel number, payment information, or tax document. County searches run in the browser against a directory index.

Aggregate analytics

We use a self-hosted analytics service at stats.kzfm.com to understand page visits, county-search success, and clicks to official resources. The site asks the analytics service to respect browser Do Not Track settings. Standard web requests can still include technical information such as an IP address, browser type, referring page, and timestamp.

Advertising and cookies

We use Google AdSense on selected content pages. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads based on a visitor’s prior visits to this website or other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve ads based on those visits.

Visitors can opt out of personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings. Visitors can also learn about choices offered by participating advertising companies at YourAdChoices. Google explains how it uses information from sites that use its services in its partner-sites notice.

Where consent is required, advertising choices are presented through a consent-management message. A visitor’s selection can affect whether personalized, non-personalized, or limited ads are eligible to appear. Browser settings can also be used to delete or restrict cookies, although doing so may affect site and advertising features.

Where advertising appears

Advertising code is limited to substantive directory and guide pages. It is not intentionally loaded on the error page, privacy policy, contact page, About page, or methodology page.

Outbound public-office links

Official resources open on third-party government or portal websites. Those sites apply their own privacy, cookie, accessibility, and security policies. Avoid sending sensitive personal information anywhere unless you have confirmed that you are using the correct official channel.

Messages

If you email a correction, the information in your message is used to investigate and respond to the request. Do not include tax account credentials, payment-card data, Social Security numbers, or private documents.
