Senior relief

For age 65+ or permanently/totally disabled: total resident income up to $59,000, with first $8,500 of non-spouse relative income excluded; net worth up to $150,000 excluding principal residence and one acre; relief tiers range from 100% to 10% by income

Valuation limits

Assessed at 100% fair-market value; no general local valuation cap; regular reassessment every two years with separate treatment for improvements/changes
