Scott County's program may deduct up to $200 from real-estate taxes for a primary-residence owner age 65+ or totally and permanently disabled who meets the income and asset guidelines and is current on taxes.
Valuation limits
No general annual valuation cap verified. Scott County assesses property as of January 1 at fair-market value; the elderly-relief deduction is separate from valuation.
