Senior relief

Lee County annual relief for age 65+ or permanently disabled owners; income no more than $40,000, net worth no more than $125,000 excluding the dwelling and one acre; up to $200 credit; annual application by May 31.

Valuation limits

Six-year reassessment effective January 1, 2025 at fair-market value; no general annual valuation cap verified. Fiscal-year hybrid billing is not a valuation cap.
