These are the dates and qualifications recorded in the directory. Confirm your tax year and current deadline with the official office and your property’s notice.
- Tax bill mailing
- April 15, 2026 levy date; a separate countywide mailing date was not published.
- Payment deadline
- 2026 county real estate taxes: 2% discount through June 15; face/no discount through August 15; 10% penalty after August 15; local collector schedules may vary.
- Assessment appeal
- September 1, 2026 by 4:00 p.m. for annual assessment appeals; new or revised assessment appeals are due within 40 days of the assessment notice.

Senior relief
Pennsylvania Property Tax/Rent Rebate Program: eligible homeowners and renters age 65+, widows/widowers age 50+, and people with disabilities age 18+ may qualify; 2025 household income limit is $48,110, with standard rebates up to $1,000.
