Senior relief

Pennsylvania Property Tax/Rent Rebate Program: eligible homeowners and renters age 65+, widows/widowers age 50+, and people with disabilities age 18+ may qualify; 2025 household income limit is $48,110, with standard rebates up to $1,000. Valuation limits

Act 319 Clean and Green preferentially assesses qualifying agricultural, agricultural-reserve, and forest-reserve land at use value; new applications are due June 1 for the next tax year. No general annual assessed-value cap is published.
