Exemption filing

March 1, 2026 for the 2026–27 school-tax Homestead/Farmstead exclusion cycle; applications are filed with the county assessment office, subject to the county form and program instructions.

Senior relief

Pennsylvania Property Tax/Rent Rebate Program: homeowners and renters age 65 or older, widows/widowers age 50 or older, and people with disabilities age 18 or older may qualify; household income limit is $48,110.
