- 5:00 p.m. Friday, February 27, 2026 for formal Board of Equalization appeals of the 2026 reassessment; the county also lists BOE hearing dates in April 2026.

April 1, 2026 requested filing date for York County tax relief for elderly and disabled real-estate owners; the 2026 program application states a December 31, 2026 final filing date.
Senior relief
York County offers partial or full real-estate/mobile-home tax relief for owners age 65+ or permanently disabled, subject to household income and disability/ownership/occupancy rules; 2026 program limits range from 25% to 100% relief with caps shown on the official application.
Valuation limits
No general local annual valuation cap verified. York County reassesses biennially at 100% fair market value; land-use and elderly/disabled relief programs are separate from a valuation cap.
