Senior relief
Pulaski relief is available to qualifying owners age 65+ or permanently and totally disabled who own and occupy the dwelling; the published outline lists prior-year family income under $25,000 and combined net worth under $55,000 excluding the dwelling and up to three acres, with an April 1 application deadline.
Valuation limits
Pulaski conducts countywide real-estate reassessment on a six-year cycle; the latest completed reassessment became effective January 1, 2021, and local changes are assessed for new construction, improvements, subdivisions, and other property changes. No general annual valuation cap was verified.
