Senior relief

For residents age 65+ or permanently/totally disabled: income up to $45,000 and assets up to $65,000 excluding home and one acre; applicant must have been a resident December 31 of the prior year

Valuation limits

Values set every four to six years at fair-market value; no general local valuation cap verified; land-use treatment is separate
