January 15–March 31, 2026 for the annual Amherst elderly/disabled real-estate tax-relief application.

Senior relief

Valuation limits

No general annual cap verified. Amherst assesses property as of January 1; qualifying agricultural, horticultural, forest, and open-space land may receive use-value assessment, with rollback tax on disqualifying change of use.
