Senior relief

Baker's Property Appraiser lists an Additional Senior exemption among its March 1 filing programs; the reviewed 2026 source did not publish the exact income threshold or local amount.

Valuation limits

Florida Save Our Homes generally limits annual homestead assessed-value growth to the lesser of 3% or the CPI change; the cap is state-law based and does not apply to every property or taxing component.
