Tax bill mailing
On or before November 1, 2026; the reviewed official Nassau Tax Collector source did not publish a more specific 2026 mailing day.
Payment deadline
March 31, 2027; 2026 real-property taxes must be paid by March 31, 2027 to avoid becoming delinquent April 1, 2027.

Exemption filing

March 2, 2026; Nassau's official homestead page states that 2026 applications closed March 2, 2026, following the Sunday March 1 statutory deadline.

Senior relief

Nassau's Property Appraiser provides Senior Exemption information for qualifying homeowners age 65+; the reviewed source did not publish one consolidated 2026 income threshold or local benefit amount.

Valuation limits

Florida Save Our Homes generally limits annual homestead assessed-value growth to the lesser of 3% or the CPI change; the Florida Department of Revenue published a 2.7% 2026 cap. The cap does not apply to every property or taxing component.
