Senior relief

Bradford lists a local-option homestead exemption for persons age 65 and older, in addition to state senior/disability programs; exact 2026 amount and income threshold were not published in the reviewed page.

Valuation limits

Florida Save Our Homes generally limits annual homestead assessed-value growth to the lesser of 3% or the CPI change; the cap is state-law based and does not apply to every property or taxing component.
