These are the dates and qualifications recorded in the directory. Confirm your tax year and current deadline with the official office and your property’s notice.

- Mid-September 2026
- Payment deadline
- First installment due October 1, 2026 and delinquent after 5:00 p.m. November 1, 2026; second due March 1, 2027 and delinquent after 5:00 p.m. May 1, 2027; full-year payment received or postmarked before 5:00 p.m. December 31, 2026 waives first-installment interest.
- Assessment appeal
- Notices of Value are mailed January 1-March 1; appeal within 60 days of the mailing date or deadline printed on the notice. State Board of Equalization petition deadline is 25 days from the Notice of Decision.

First Monday in January through the last day of February 2026 for statutory personal exemptions; applications with an approved waiver may be accepted through September 1, 2026.
Senior relief
Senior Property Valuation Protection application deadline September 1, 2026; qualifying owners age 65 or older with primary-residence, residency, and income documentation may freeze LPV for three years.
Valuation limits
Arizona's Limited Property Value (LPV) is generally restricted to a 5% annual increase; statutory exceptions, including qualifying new construction, may produce a larger increase.
