First Monday in January through the last day of February 2026.

Senior relief

2026 Senior Freeze: owner age 65 or older, primary residence for at least 2 years, up to 10 acres, and income limits of $47,712 for one owner or $59,640 for two or more. LPV is frozen for three years, but taxes are not frozen; apply by September 1, 2026.

Valuation limits

Arizona's Limited Property Value (LPV) is generally restricted to a 5% annual increase; statutory exceptions, including qualifying new construction, may produce a larger increase.
