- First installment due October 1, 2026 and delinquent after 5:00 p.m. November 1, 2026; second due March 1, 2027 and delinquent after 5:00 p.m. May 1, 2027; full-year payment by December 31, 2026 waives first-installment interest.
- Assessment appeal
- Notice of Value mailed by March 1; file with the Assessor within 60 days, generally by April 29, 2026 for the published petition window; Board/State Board appeal within 25 days of the decision.

First Monday in January through the last day of February 2026 for statutory personal exemptions; applications with an approved waiver may be accepted through September 1, 2026.
Senior relief
The Assessor manages Senior Valuation Freeze. Qualifying owners age 65 or older may receive a three-year LPV freeze subject to primary-residence, residency, and income requirements; application deadline September 1, 2026.
Valuation limits
Arizona's Limited Property Value (LPV) is generally restricted to a 5% annual increase; statutory exceptions, including qualifying new construction, may produce a larger increase.
