Senior relief
Chesterfield relief is for owners age 65+ or totally/permanently disabled who own the home, with total household income below $65,400 and assets excluding the home up to $514,000. The official 2026 form requires annual certification and gives the December 1/December 31 deadlines.
Valuation limits
No general valuation cap verified; Chesterfield reassesses annually and the 2026 land book is effective January 1; senior, disabled, and land-use relief are separate programs.
