Senior relief
Camden County's official homestead page lists a senior exemption beginning at age 62; confirm the applicable program and income or other eligibility requirements with the assessor.
Valuation limits
Camden County's 2006 SB496 homestead exemption freezes the taxable homestead amount at the base-year value for a qualifying primary residence and up to five acres; improvements are added to the following tax year's base value.
