2026 25% homeowner exemption owner-occupancy filing deadline was March 1, 2026; local Assessor review is required.

Senior relief

2026 Converse County long-term homeowner exemption: age 65+, at least 25 years of Wyoming residential property-tax payments, and primary residence occupied at least 8 months; application deadline May 25, 2026. Veteran exemption applications were due before May 25, 2026.
