Senior relief

Commissioner administers income-based relief for owners age 65+ or permanently and totally disabled; 2026 income bands range from $0–$12,850 for 100% relief to $28,271–$35,980 for 25% relief, with annual application.

Valuation limits

No general valuation cap verified. Martinsville reassesses real property biennially; the 2025 reassessment remains effective July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2027.
