- June 5, 2026 and December 5, 2026; official City tax information states real-estate taxes are due in two installments on those dates.

February 1–May 1, 2026 for the City’s elderly/disabled real-estate tax-relief application.
Senior relief
Bristol relief may apply to a principal-dwelling owner age 65+ by January 1 or 100% disabled by December 31 of the prior year, with family income no more than $35,000 and net worth no more than $50,000 excluding the dwelling; applications are accepted February 1–May 1.
Valuation limits
No general annual cap verified. Bristol uses citywide reassessment every four years and assesses real estate at 100% fair-market value; senior/disabled and qualifying-veteran relief are separate programs.
