The White County Trustee administers Tennessee Property Tax Relief for qualifying elderly and disabled homeowners, disabled veterans, and surviving spouses. Valuation limits

No general Tennessee individual assessed-value cap was verified. Tennessee uses periodic reappraisal and certified-tax-rate/revenue-neutral rules; Greenbelt present-use valuation and any qualifying senior Property Tax Freeze are separate protections.
