- September 1, 2026 by 4:00 p.m. for annual assessment appeals; a change-of-assessment appeal follows the applicable notice period. Appeals are filed with the Assessment Office at 1 Courthouse Square.

March 1, 2026 for Homestead/Farmstead applications; Wyoming County mails applications in December to owners not enrolled. June 1, 2026 is the Clean and Green deadline for the following year's benefit.
Senior relief
Pennsylvania Property Tax/Rent Rebate Program: homeowners/renters age 65+, widows/widowers age 50+, and people with disabilities age 18+; 2025 household income limit $48,110; applications for 2025 taxes are due December 31, 2026. Official information: https://www.pa.gov/agencies/revenue/ptrr
