- August 1, 2026 for annual assessment appeals, or the date on the change-of-assessment notice; the original must be received by the deadline and postmarks or fax are not accepted.

March 1, 2026 under Pennsylvania Act 72/Taxpayer Relief Act; Lehigh County directs applicants to its Assessment Office for the Homestead/Act 72 application.
Senior relief
Pennsylvania Property Tax/Rent Rebate Program: homeowners/renters age 65+, widows/widowers age 50+, and people with disabilities age 18+ may qualify; 2025 household income limit is $48,110 and standard rebates range from $380 to $1,000.
