March 1, 2026 under Pennsylvania Act 72; the official Lebanon County Homestead Application says applications are due on or before March 1 unless filed within the preceding three years.

Senior relief

Pennsylvania Property Tax/Rent Rebate Program: homeowners/renters age 65+, widows/widowers age 50+, and people with disabilities age 18+ may qualify; 2025 household income limit is $48,110 and standard rebates range from $380 to $1,000.
