December 15, 2025 through the first business day in March 2026 for Chester County Homestead/Farmstead Exclusion enrollment.

Senior relief

Pennsylvania Property Tax/Rent Rebate Program: homeowners and renters age 65 or older, widows/widowers age 50 or older, and people with disabilities age 18 or older may qualify; household income limit is $48,110.
