- 2026 municipal property taxes are generally collected locally in four installments due February 1, May 1, August 1, and November 1; the municipal tax collector's bill and any statutory grace period control.
- Assessment appeal
- The regular 2026 Petition of Appeal deadline is April 1, 2026; municipalities with a 2026 revaluation or reassessment use May 1, 2026, or the applicable statutory alternative deadline.

Senior relief
New Jersey PAS-1 combines Senior Freeze, ANCHOR, and Stay NJ. Eligible seniors or disabled persons may qualify for Senior Freeze reimbursement, ANCHOR, and Stay NJ; the 2025 application deadline is November 2, 2026, subject to current income, residency, and eligibility rules.
