Find the right property record

Use the property portal for ownership and assessed value, the collector for a bill or balance, and the map for parcel location. Have the address, owner name, or parcel number ready.

Tax bills & filing dates

These are the dates and qualifications recorded in the directory. Confirm your tax year and current deadline with the official office and your property’s notice.

Payment deadline
Clark County’s official Collector page states that personal-property taxes are due upon receipt of the bill, but no later than December 31, 2026; the postmark controls mailed-payment timeliness.
Assessment appeal
July 13, 2026 (second Monday in July statutory county Board of Equalization filing deadline; no more specific county date was published). The Missouri State Tax Commission complaint deadline is September 30, 2026, or within 30 days after the county Board of Equalization decision, whichever is later.

Exemptions & appeals

Valuation limits

No general local annual valuation cap was verified. Missouri real property is generally reassessed in odd-numbered years, with statutory assessment ratios of 12% agricultural, 19% residential, and 32% commercial; a local senior property-tax credit, where authorized, limits tax liability rather than market or assessed value.

For a valuation appeal, use the appeal date in the tax and filing section above. Keep your notice, supporting evidence, and proof of submission.
