Senior relief
Maine State Property Tax Deferral Program: the 2026 filing period was January 1-April 1, 2026, for qualifying homeowners age 65+ or qualifying disabled homeowners subject to statutory ownership, occupancy, and income conditions; municipalities may also adopt separate senior deferral programs under 36 M.R.S. chapter 908-A.
