Senior relief

Kentucky DOR current 2025-2026 homestead/disability exemption is $49,100 for qualifying owners age 65 or older or totally disabled who own and occupy the primary residence as of January 1. The Livingston PVA page still displays an outdated $39,300 amount; confirm the local record with the PVA.
