- August-September 2026; Gwinnett's official property-tax brochure gives the typical bill-mailing window but no specific 2026 day.
- Assessment appeal
- 45 days after the Notice of Assessment is issued; Gwinnett's official Board of Assessors information states the 2026 appeal must be filed within that period.

April 1, 2026; Gwinnett's official property-tax brochure identifies April 1 as the annual personal-property-return deadline and the ordinary homestead deadline.
Senior relief
Gwinnett's official 2026 tax information identifies age-based school-tax exemptions and the county Value Offset Exemption; exact senior eligibility and amounts depend on the applicable program and must be confirmed with the Tax Commissioner.
Valuation limits
Gwinnett County's Value Offset Exemption holds the assessed value constant for the county portion of qualifying homestead tax bills at the base-year value; it does not necessarily freeze school or city portions.
