These are the dates and qualifications recorded in the directory. Confirm your tax year and current deadline with the official office and your property’s notice.
- Tax bill mailing
- On or before November 1, 2026; the reviewed official Pasco sources did not publish a more specific 2026 bill-mailing date.
- Payment deadline
- March 31, 2027; 2026 real-property taxes must be paid by March 31, 2027 to avoid becoming delinquent April 1, 2027.

Senior relief
Pasco adopted an additional $50,000 county homestead exemption for qualifying homeowners age 65+; the 2026 adjusted household-income limit is $38,686, applications are due March 1, and income information is due June 1.
Valuation limits
Florida Save Our Homes generally limits annual homestead assessed-value growth to the lesser of 3% or the CPI change; the Florida Department of Revenue published a 2.7% 2026 cap. The cap does not apply to every property or taxing component.
