These are the dates and qualifications recorded in the directory. Confirm your tax year and current deadline with the official office and your property’s notice.
- Tax bill mailing
- November 2026; Palm Beach's official tax-roll calendar states annual property-tax bills are mailed in November, and the Tax Collector states bills are mailed by November 1.
- Payment deadline
- March 31, 2027; 2026 real-property taxes must be paid by March 31, 2027 to avoid becoming delinquent April 1, 2027.
- Assessment appeal
- Mid-September 2026; Palm Beach's official tax-roll calendar states this is the deadline to appeal market values and denied portability applications to the VAB, but does not publish the exact 2026 calendar day.

Senior relief
Palm Beach's official tax-roll calendar requires limited-income senior-exemption income information by May 1 (or the next business day if the date falls on a weekend); qualifying age, homestead, and income requirements apply.
Valuation limits
Palm Beach's official Property Appraiser materials state assessed value is capped at 3% annually for homesteaded property and 10% for non-homesteaded property, subject to Florida law and exceptions; the 2026 homestead CPI cap is 2.7% where lower.
