- Tax bill mailing
- On or before November 1, 2026; Calhoun's Tax Collector states tax statements are mailed on or before November 1.
- Payment deadline
- March 31, 2027; 2026 real-property taxes must be paid by March 31, 2027 to avoid becoming delinquent April 1, 2027.
- Rate information
- 2025 published millage components: 0.9900% Calhoun County + 0.5223% school + 0.00207% Northwest Water; add 0.1500% for Blountstown where applicable. The total parcel rate varies by taxing district and the 2026 final rate was not yet published.

March 1, 2026; Calhoun states all property-tax exemptions must be filed by March 1.
Senior relief
Calhoun's official exemption page describes an additional $50,000 senior exemption for qualifying owners age 65+ as of January 1, subject to an annual application and the published income limitation.
Valuation limits
Calhoun's official Save Our Homes page states homestead assessed value may increase no more than the lesser of 3% or the CPI change each year.
