- Payment deadline
- March 31, 2027; 2026 real-property taxes must be paid by March 31, 2027 to avoid becoming delinquent April 1, 2027.

Senior relief
Bay County's official real-property page describes an additional senior longevity exemption for qualifying owners age 65+, with income requirements, at least 25 years in the home, market value no higher than $250,000, and adoption by the applicable taxing authority; it is not available for school taxes.
Valuation limits
Florida Save Our Homes generally limits annual homestead assessed-value growth to the lesser of 3% or the CPI change; the cap is state-law based and does not apply to every property or taxing component.
