- January 2027; Yuma County's official Treasurer page did not publish an exact 2027 mailing date and currently notes a software conversion affecting tax statements.
- Assessment appeal
- May 1 through June 8, 2026; Yuma County's official Assessor page identifies May as the appeal month and Colorado's statutory cutoff is June 8.

July 15, 2026 for the Colorado Senior Homestead Exemption; Yuma County's Assessor administers the application process.
Senior relief
Yuma County's senior exemption generally requires age 65+ on January 1, ownership and primary-residence occupancy for at least 10 consecutive years, and provides 50% of the first $200,000 of actual value exempt when funded; the county states the application is one-time unless circumstances change.
