Tax bills & filing dates
These are the dates and qualifications recorded in the directory. Confirm your tax year and current deadline with the official office and your property’s notice.
- Payment deadline
- First installment due October 1, 2026 and delinquent after 5:00 p.m. November 1, 2026; second installment due March 1, 2027 and delinquent after 5:00 p.m. May 1, 2027. If the total tax is $100 or less, the full amount is due with the first installment; the county's statutory year-end interest-waiver treatment applies.
- Assessment appeal
- July 29, 2026 for the published personal-property Notice of Value appeal deadline; real-property appeals are due within 60 days after the Notice of Value mailing date/deadline shown on the notice.

First Monday in January through the last day of February 2026 for statutory personal exemptions; applications with an approved waiver may be accepted through September 1, 2026.
Senior relief
Senior Value Protection is a statutory Arizona LPV freeze for qualifying owners age 65 or older; primary-residence, residency, income, and September 1 application requirements apply.
Valuation limits
Arizona's Limited Property Value (LPV) is generally restricted to a 5% annual increase; statutory exceptions, including qualifying new construction, may produce a larger increase.
