Use the property portal for ownership and assessed value, the collector for a bill or balance, and the map for parcel location. Have the address, owner name, or parcel number ready.

Assessment appeal

Exemptions & appeals

Senior relief

Taney County Senior Tax Credit/SB 190 program: official Collector materials publish a 2026 Tax Freeze Application and senior-tax-credit Q&A; the reviewed official page did not state the 2026 filing deadline or complete eligibility rules. Missouri's state Property Tax Credit remains available to eligible seniors/disabled taxpayers.

Valuation limits

No general local annual valuation cap was verified. Missouri real property is generally reassessed in odd-numbered years, with statutory assessment ratios of 19% residential, 12% agricultural, and 32% commercial; any local senior credit limits tax liability rather than market or assessed value.

For a valuation appeal, use the appeal date in the tax and filing section above. Keep your notice, supporting evidence, and proof of submission.
