Payment deadline
For 2026 Pulaski County taxes, payment must be postmarked by December 31, 2026; county/assessor information states Missouri taxes are due Dec31.
Assessment appeal
For 2026, appeal to the county Board of Equalization by Monday, July 13, 2026 (the second Monday in July), unless the county extends the deadline; Missouri State Tax Commission complaint due September 30, 2026, or within 30 days after the BOE decision, whichever is later.

Senior relief

Missouri Department of Revenue Property Tax Credit (MO-PTC/MO-PTS) may provide up to $1,100 for qualifying owner-occupants and $750 for qualifying renters who are eligible senior citizens or 100% disabled individuals, subject to household-income limits; no separate county senior program was verified in the official county sources reviewed. Valuation limits

No general local annual valuation cap was verified. Under Missouri law (RSMo §137.115), real property is reassessed in odd-numbered years; the odd-year assessed values generally apply in the following even-numbered year except new construction and improvements. Statutory assessment ratios are 19% residential, 12% agricultural, and 32% commercial.
