These are the dates and qualifications recorded in the directory. Confirm your tax year and current deadline with the official office and your property’s notice.
- Tax bill mailing
- Early November 2026; Andrew County states tax statements are mailed each year in early November and asks taxpayers to call if none is received by December 1.
- Payment deadline
- For the 2026 tax year, Missouri real-estate and personal-property taxes are due December 31, 2026; a December 31 postmark is timely where the county accepts mailed payment.
- Assessment appeal
- July 13, 2026 (the second Monday in July statutory county Board of Equalization filing date; county-specific notice procedures may apply). A State Tax Commission complaint is due September 30, 2026, or within 30 days after the Board decision, whichever is later.
Exemptions & appeals

Andrew County Senior Real Estate Property Tax Credit: Missouri resident age 62 or older, owner or qualifying interest holder, liable for real-property taxes, and occupying the home as the primary residence; the county application requires notarization and submission to the Collector. A specific 2026 filing window was not published in the official program document.
Valuation limits
No general local annual valuation cap was verified. Missouri real property is generally reassessed in odd-numbered years, with statutory assessment ratios (19% residential, 12% agricultural, 32% commercial); any local senior credit limits tax liability rather than market or assessed value.
For a valuation appeal, use the appeal date in the tax and filing section above. Keep your notice, supporting evidence, and proof of submission.
