- Tax bill mailing
- Last week of November 2026; the official assessor states the Sheriff's annual notices are mailed the last week of November.
- Payment deadline
- December 31, 2026; Louisiana parish property taxes are due and payable by December 31, 2026 and become delinquent January 1, 2027, with applicable interest and penalties thereafter.
- Assessment appeal
- September 2-9, 2026 appeal window; assessment rolls open August 17 and close September 1, and the Board of Review hearing is September 16, 2026.
