Senior relief
The 2025-2026 Kentucky homestead exemption is $49,100. Qualifying owners must be at least 65 or totally disabled, own, occupy, and maintain the residence as a personal residence as of January 1. Disability applicants must receive qualifying payments for the assessment period and may need annual documentation.
