Senior relief

The 2025-2026 Kentucky homestead exemption is $49,100. Qualifying owners must be at least 65 or totally disabled, own and maintain the residence as a personal residence as of January 1, and file with the PVA. Scott PVA confirms one exemption per household; disability applicants generally provide annual documentation.
