Senior relief

Kentucky homestead exemption for 2025-2026 is $49,100. Eligibility generally requires age 65 or older, ownership and occupancy of the primary residence as of January 1, and no other claimed homestead exemption; totally disabled owners may also qualify. Apply through the Lewis County PVA.
