Senior relief
The official Guthrie County credits page states the Iowa homestead credit is based on $4,850 of actual value; it did not publish separate current senior parameters.
Valuation limits
Iowa uses state rollback and levy rules; the reviewed official county source did not state a separate local annual valuation cap rule.
