Senior relief
The official Clarke County property-tax page states the Treasurer administers Iowa property-tax credits based on age/income; the Assessor page notes homeowners 65+ should include birth dates on the application.
Valuation limits
Iowa uses state rollback and levy rules; the reviewed official county source did not state a separate local annual valuation cap rule.
