Peoria County publishes the 2026 PTAX-340 Senior Citizens Assessment Freeze application. The 2026 senior deferral program requires age 65 by June 1, 2026, 3 years of ownership/occupancy, 2025 household income no greater than $75,000, and application by March 1, 2026; confirm the separate freeze-form deadline locally.
