Senior relief

The official Henderson County assessor site identifies the Owner Occupied, Senior Citizens Homestead, and Senior Citizens Assessment Freeze exemptions. The current published guidance states senior-freeze renewal runs January 1 through May 1; confirm the applicable 2026 form with the office.
